Had to buy two of these because my 5 year old son stole the first one for photos for his room. The finish matches our accents in our home perfectly. We subtracted 1 star because the finish on the frame seems to get nicked easily. If its set down and never touched this is perfect. If it’s on your desk at work where people stop by and pick it up to look at your photos or in your 5 year olds room who kisses the family photo every night…you might have to buy a replacement ◡̈

It’s a nice frame, but the back is a huge pain to put back on after putting the photos in. The photos are not thick either. The back doesn’t slide in easily.

When I reached into the bag to get the frame out of the bag, I sliced my hand and fingers. To my astonishment the entire backing of one side of the frame was missing. Someone fulfilled the order with a broken frame just days before Christmas. Fantastic. No pictures for my in-laws and a cut on thumb, finger and across my hand. Who is being hired to fulfill these orders?!?! A DriveUp order shouldn’t be this terrible. Two items in this order were completely awful.

Cute frame but didn’t hold up. The frame broke at the hinges on the back. Wasn’t very sturdy to begin with so first time it fell down the hinges tore. Now the frame is in two pieces and won’t stand.
