These are tastey and satisfy me. My trick if you didn't like the texture, refrigerate them. I have been doing a modified keto diet too control the amount of carbs. I eat one for breakfast, one for lunch, and a sensible dinner. I've lost over 50+ lbs.
Beware of sugar alcohols! Recent research suggests a link with heart problems.

These are really yummy. However, I am becoming increasingly concerned about the sugar alcohols used. They are finding an association between sugar alcohols and heart problems!

Delight bars have a much better texture and taste that make them more enjoyable. I have had the other flavor and do prefer it over the peanut butter, but I would still recommend trying this one if you do not normally like the texture of your average protein bar.

She says theh taste like a chocolate candy bar, and I rather her eat one of these (only 2 grams of sugar). I highly recommend and give these a 10/10.

They are probably more on a small-to-mid size as far as value. I do feel satiated afterwards. Not too sweet but seemingly still hits the spot for a sweet treat. The texture took me a second to get used to as I was trying to relate it to the peanut butter pie flavoring, I did think it does run true to that description just a little grainy-to-smooth transition. Relatively short ingredient list. Not too bad a price, about mid range. I think these are a great option.

The inside of the bar has little chunks and is more “airy” and not super thick. The chocolate layer is pretty thick and can get melted easily so just be careful. You can definitely tell it’s a protein bar by the taste, but it can be used as a good option to avoid eating chocolatey snack.

I was impressed with the amount of protein in these bars, however the flavor was so weird to me. I spit it out. It was chalky, dry but moist? if that even makes sense. The after taste was decent, though. Definitely could work on the flavor and texture. I would have preferred a chewy texture more than a chalky texture. The chocolate in the outside was good, but the inside threw me off.
