Description
Honk! Honk! It's gridlock and the little red car can't move. The player is a traffic cop in the Rush Hour Traffic Jam Puzzle where the objective is to get the red car off the road. To play, pick one of 40 challenge cards; solutions are printed on the back of each card. Then set up the cars and buses in a specified pattern on the 6-inch-square road grid. Move the vehicles one by one (obey those traffic laws!) until the red car can escape the traffic jam. There are four levels of difficulty. Kids can alternate turns with another player or just "play in traffic" alone. The game from Binary Arts received a national award from Mensa and is used in elementary school math classes. The design includes clear instructions printed on the sturdy box, which can be used both as a playing tray and for storage. The game cards stow away in a drawer in the road grid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to really like this game but it’s very cheaply made. I don’t think it will last long with little kids. Although I think it could be fun it’s super tiny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rush Hour is a fantastic logic puzzle game that challenges players to navigate their vehicle out of a traffic jam. Level 32, labeled as "Expert," is quite difficult, requiring strategic thinking and foresight. The game is visually appealing, with colorful pieces that are easy to manipulate. It's great for both novices and experienced players, making it a versatile choice for game nights..Educational, durability and good packaging. Overall, Rush Hour offers a fun and mentally stimulating experience. Level 32 is a tough challenge, but solving it is deeply satisfying. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well made fun game. The whole family enjoyed it: levels for younger kids and even us older kids. The pieces themselves are well made. The packaging is nice. It all goes back in the box easily. No mess. No losing pieces. We have spent hours playing the different levels. I will definitely look into more games like this from them. I love the interaction person to person versus video games though we do love those sometimes too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game is really fun. We played it for hours. A simple form of entertainment that gets a little challenging. With different levels to play(beginner, intermediate, advanced and expert) it starts out kinda easy but the higher levels are very challenging and require a little thinking. The pieces move easily on the board for quick moves. The instructions plate pretty self explanatory. Not hard at all. All in a nice box which doubles for storage of all the pieces. I highly recommend this to play with family or friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids loves this game!! It keeps them busy for such a long time. There’s so many different challenges at different difficulty levels, that the game never seems to get old. It’s packaged so nicely and is even easy to bring along on road trips. Although the instructions say 8 years old and up, there’s definitely variations that are easy enough for the younger kids to enjoy as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fun game and I love that you can play it with just one person. I was introduced to this game many years ago on my first smart phone, but as I try to reduce screen time and model using screens less for my own children, it is fun to have this physical version of the game. I appreciate the solutions on the back of each card! One way to improve the product, however, would be to make it more easy to travel with. I can see this being a perfect activity to entertain kids while waiting for food at a restaurant, or on a road trip, but the box is large. If the cars could be stored on top with a clear case or somehow underneath the board, it would make it much more compact and easy to play on the go.
