Thomas & Friends Motorized Talking Thomas Train with Annie & Clarabel Coaches

love the Annie and Clarabel part, but the motorized function is broken after two days of my son playing with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family loves the motorized talking Thomas The Train! The size of the train fits comfortably into kids hands. Not to small nor too big. The light on the front of the train is an amazing feature my kids absolutely love! The red button on top is an easy push to make the train roll & stop. Thomas talks and will work great with the tracks, or it will roll on carpet. This product is a must add to your Thomas The Train collection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a cute Thomas toy! I love that this moves on any floor type. My child can play with it on the carpet or wood floor and it doesn't get stuck. I also love that this can pair with the old Thomas train set, rather he's linking his old trains or putting it on the old track, it works with all of it.

He loves building tunnels and garages for Thomas to drive through. The only complaint I have so far is that we’ve had to replace the batteries (2 x AAA) almost every day that he’s played with it.

They love to run them on their track and just listen to them talk to each other…Thomas is now the new favorite, because of course he’s the favorite. They love to watch the show on TV and pretend that they are playing their own tv show in the basement.

My girls LOVE trains, so when we got the opportunity to get Thomas The Talking train we were excited! The train comes in 3 pieces that you link together. It takes 2 double AA batteries which are INCLUDED! Always a plus incase you’re out of batteries, like me! It has a button on top you push down for it to go and go until it you turn it a new direction or push the button again. He always talks and has a light on the front! Super cute toy! Works best on hardwood floors, but my kids found out if you just take Thomas off, he will work on carpet by himself! Highly recommend. Mattel Play, Rate & Review program

Instead of an on switch like others it has a button to start it up and talks phrases. It came with Thomas, and 2 passengers carts and still work with the track that we already had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child was fascinated and played with the toy for a decent amount of time. He seemed like he loved it. It was easy to move around and play with his other toys as well. He said he liked the colors and the way it looked a lot. However, he hasn't touched it since. And it sounds like it only repeats the 2 or 3 phases that can tire pretty easily to any nearby adults. Also, there have been numerous times now that the toy has gone off by itself, completely unprovoked. Sometimes in the middle of the night, which can startle the living daylights out of you.

She pressed the button on the top of Thomas and it started driving and pulled the two cute cabooses across my dining room floor. It keeps her occupied for a long time, she really loves it! The only downside is the batteries run out really fast because she plays with it so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an awesome little train! If you have a fan of Thomas and friends and trains, then they're going to love this train set. It runs on any flat surface, has three cars, talks and makes train sounds, and has lights! The battery case is not indicated and there are no off switches so once it's on, it's on. The three cars are easily separated and connected and only the engine has sounds and motorized components. There are no tracks, but the cars pull easily on anything that isn't fabric, carpet, or soft. Overall, a great toy. My son LOVES it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sons played with the Talking Thomas toy at home when they were playing with their other trains. They really like that this has the new cartoon face from the new tv show. Also, it really is quite adorable, which they have commented on several times. They also really liked that this comes with two other characters: a big plus. This train has a motor so they noticed that it was quite a bit faster than the other trains that also move. They push the talking button all the time and love how it whistles and makes a chugging sound. Another big plus: it interacts with their other train. They were floored that it has this feature and were not expecting it. We will definitely be looking out for other trains in this series.

The light on the front of Thomas adds to the life like effect. You push the button and Thomas says phrases and even drives! When combined with the other sets, they actually recognize and talk to each other! How cool is that?!?!! This train now goes everywhere with us!

What I love is that there’s a on/off switch that completely shuts the toy down. While the switch is on there’s a button on top you hit, and get a blast of mini train power as it Choo choo’s across the kitchen floor. Highly recommend for tons of fun for any Thomas lover, or train lover. You can also add carts to the train to extend its load. Rides smooth Not too loud Great details Awesome packaging.

I am pretty sure you can buy tracks for it too because when you push the button it actually moves forward. It’s lightweight plastic so it’s easy for kids to maneuver. All three pieces come apart for easy play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an adorable little set that fits perfectly with other similar sets, if you have them. The set is fully motorized so Thomas pulls Annie and Clarabelle around whatever surface you place them on. Although it does not go nearly as well on carpet as it does hard surfaces, that is how it should be. Please note that long hair can and WILL get caught in the wheels if allowed as with any other similar motorized toy. It's really fun to play with, so I have been told, but not as fun as it COULD be. Thomas only has two sayings which can get really obnoxious really fast, but at the same time, it's Thomas! When placed near other Thomas and Friends Engine sets, they can communicate, although we do not have another set to test this theory. The talking part is a bit of a let down, but it is enjoyed for other activities and the button really does not get pressed that frequently as that slightly novelty wore off really fast.
