Thomas & Friends Motorized Whiff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending some time playing with the Fisher-Price Thomas & Friends Whiff Motorized Engine, I noticed that my son was a bit agitated about the lever that is used to turn it off and on, it's not the easy to control this function switch without completely picking up the entire engine and the train cars that may be attached. Reason for only 4 stars, it doesn't come with batteries?! Honestly I cannot remember the last time I bought a battery powered toy that did not already have batteries installed. In my opinion, this is not a "customer friendly" way to save money. Kids (and some adults) want to play with their toy immediately after opening, not wait for batteries to be installed, or bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Detail is amazing and my son loves the trash theme. Works well on tracks and faster than our old trains. Easy to turn on and stays on until wanting to turn off. Fun attachment to add our own trash to help the environment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4 year old absolutely loves this toy train! It's high quality and very durable. The batteries last a long time and he can hook other trains onto it. He can also put stuff in the cars. I definitely recommend it!

Whiff is a garbage engine, and the toy accurately represents his unique look. The colors are bright and eye-catching, adding to the appeal for young children. This feature adds an element of excitement and realism to playtime, making it more engaging for kids. The durability and quality of the Whiff Motorized Engine are decent. The toy is made from durable materials and can withstand rough play. However, some parts, such as the wheels and the plastic connectors, feel a bit flimsy and could potentially break with excessive force. It is important to supervise playtime to ensure that the toy remains intact. The motorized feature of the Whiff Engine works well, allowing the engine to move smoothly along the tracks. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super cute character with glasses and big teeth. Colors are bright and fun with the little mud spots making it fun for the imagination. Like the thimas one the wheels catch alot of debris but a hoise qith no owts might fair better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has collected quite a few motorized Thomas trains, so acquiring Whiff was a no brainer. He likes to line them up against a board, start them all up, and then lift the board. Whiff is a tough competitor in these races and the recycling bin cart that he pulls is able to accommodate all the other knick-knacks he likes to haul around.

The motor pulls the train carriages well. The lever for the on and off is easy enough for my kid to turn on and off. Would be nice if the lever was a little bit thicker.

Hunter is all about trains and doesn't want anybody touching them especially this new guy. He just got him and getting ready to build the track and play. Lets go all aboard!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves trains so it was no surprise that he would love this toy. Green is one of his favorite colors. This train toy is the perfect size and easy for my son to turn it on. It is motorized and can be used with other similar toys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my son and daughter liked this train. What is great it can work with other Thomas the Trains. It really starts to feel like Shining Time Station. What would be really cool if there was train tracks that could also be used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you hit the button, Whiff will take off down the tracks! My child loves hooking things behind him and sending him down the tracks! He does really good at staying on the tracks when you flip him on.

My grandson enjoys watching it go around the track. It is a fun addition to the Thomas and Trains toys except I wish there was a button to make it talk.

It does not come with batteries, which is disappointing. It seems to be sturdy and well built, but the connection between cars looks fragile.

He loves pushing it around and making it go fast! He also, enjoys trying to reconnect the train to the caboose! This little toy keeps him entertained! I would definitely recommend this product!

His on/off switch is easy for my recently turned 3 year old to use and that really helps with his confidence! He doesn't need to ask for help to play with this train. Whiff is a quality train, exactly the quality you would expect from the Thomas train line. The details are fantastic- including quality paint, and a wonderful safety feature- the batteries are secured by a screw so they can't come out by accident. He has spent hours going around tracks in our house already and we look forward to many more play time with Whiff!
