Q: I purchased 2 146-oz and 1 92-oz bottles of Tide Clean Breeze from Target on 12/03/23 with these UPC numbers. None of the bottles have the he symbol anywhere. Why?
A: I called Tide and they indicated that the detergent is not HE if it is not marked as such.
submitted byTide shopper - 11 months agoA: And when I called they told me it was HE even though not labeled. I still didn't use because I didn't trust that answer.
submitted byN - 10 months agoA: I also question this. There is NO marking on mine either, that was delivered to me. And I got 3 big jugs.
submitted byjudyE - 10 months agoA: Same here it's says HE in description but no HE logo on the bottle , can I use it?
submitted byLK - 10 months agoA: When you have time, please get in touch with us at (800) 879-8433, so we can look into this for you, Cathy.

Q: has this been Dermatologist and allergy tested?
A: 'brand expert' states "No, it is not dermatologist tested" while the product description directly contradicts that. Check the 'specification' section where Target says "Features: Dermatologist Tested"
submitted byjohn - 1 year agoA: No, it is not dermatologist tested.

Q: how much is too much Tide for a septic system - moving to one and not sure what to expect - thanks
A: All Tide products have been thoroughly evaluated to be use in homes with septic tanks. As long as you follow the recommended amounts as directed, they do not damage the septic system (including aerated systems) or plumbing systems with a properly functioning septic tank.

Q: Is Clean Breeze scent now the original scent of Tide? Bought the "original Tide" and it smells as if the scent formula had been changed to something unrecognizable and quite frankly, not that appealing.
A: Hello Carol. We upgraded the scent of Tide Original a couple of years ago to make it a warmer, woodsy scent to provide longer lasting freshness on dry fabrics. At that time we migrated what was the Tide Original scent to our Tide Mountain Spring liquid detergent. If you have any other questions, or if we can help you further, please give us a call at (800) 879-8433.
