Q: Does this product have bleach in it? And is it safe to use on dark colors/blacks?
A: Tide Free Ultra Oxi Liquid Laundry Detergent doesn't contain bleach, and we upgraded its formula in April this year in which Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, also referred to as SLS, was introduced to provide an improved cleaning experience. So you'll get better stain removal, less yellow product off-color, and better product clarity. The new enzyme helps white fabrics appear whiter and color fabrics brighter, including those that are dark or black. It will continue to be gentle for sensitive skin and have the EPA Safer Choice, NEA, and NPF seals. You're welcome to call us at (800) 879-8433 with any additional questions!
