WARNING Concentrated detergent pacs can burst if children put them in mouth or play with them. The liquid inside is harmful if put in mouth, swallowed, or in eyes. KEEP PACS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS. Store container where children cannot reach or climb to it, out of sight and in a secure place. Keep container fully closed. Never leave any pacs out of container. DO NOT let children handle pacs, even if supervised. Avoid breaking pacs. Do not handle pacs with wet or moist hands. Do not expose pacs to moisture. Do not cut or puncture pacs. If pacs stick together, do not try to separate them. MAY IRRITATE EYES. Do not get in eyes. Keep out of reach of children. FIRST AID TREATMENT: Contains nonionic and anionic surfactants, ethoxylated polyethylene polyamine (polymer) and enzymes. Call a Poison Control Center (US: 1-800-222-1222) or doctor Immediately if detergent gets in mouth or eye or on skin. Immediately and thoroughly rinse eye or skin with water for 15 minutes. Something has changed with these detergent pods, the scent is insanely strong. The first load I did with these, my entire apartment smelled like the detergent. I like scents, but these are overkill, and make it hard to breathe when used on bedding. Definitely going back to liquid so I can control the amount used.

While I like how clean our laundry was, this detergent has made us miserable after a month of using it. These pods cause me and my children's skin to break out in angry rashes/hives. I'll be going back to a less toxic detergent and washing everything over again!

I’m a mechanic for a major U.S airline, my work clothes get contaminated with aircraft de-icing fluid, hydraulic fluid, diesel fuel, gas, parts cleaning chemicals, grease, dirt, rust stains, motor oils, transmission fluids, paint, you name it! I also have eczema so I have to be carful with what I expose my skin to such as laundry detergents. This Tide Hygienic Clean Heavy Duty pod gets my daily clothes clean and my filthy work clothes clean every single time and gets rid of all odors WITH OUT BOTHERING MY SKIN!!! This has been the only laundry detergent I’ve used for years

This probably works well but the scent is so awful that I won’t ever know. The scent is awful, so pungent, and sticks around after you’ve washed and dried your things that doesn’t go away. Not sure what has happened to laundry detergent scents in the past few years but there are multiple now that I used to love but can’t use anymore because the scent is so awful. I love the classic musk Tide scent but can’t handle these new scents :(

Tide keeps my clothes clean and smelling fresh all day long. My husband and I both have dirty jobs so we keep the laundry detergent business hopping. I do love that ride offers multiple sizes so if I need to take a small bottle alone while traveling or have a large bottle for home use. It’s a great value for my money.

Tide Hygenic has caused bleach marks all over several items of clothing and ruined it. DO NOT USE on athletic/workout clothing, all colors from light blue to gray have permanent white bleach marks. This has happened over several loads and I do not use any bleach products in my house. Will still use for white towels as it does clean and smell good but super annoyed many items of clothing are completely ruined.

We're sorry to learn you've had this experience. Please know, a great deal of work has gone into the development and testing of all our products to ensure they are safe when used as directed, for both White and Colored garments. Some powder/ tablet products contain Oxygen-based bleaching agents which are ingredients that are very good for stain removal. These will not cause bleaching if you wash items according to the care instructions and follow the product use instructions on pack. When something happens in the laundry, it's natural to assume the detergent is to blame, but detergent rarely causes the problem. In fact, no detergents on the market can completely remove color. The problem would have been caused by something other than detergent, most likely bleach. If you didn't add bleach to this current load, some may have remained in the machine from a previous wash. Also, there's many things that can remove color from cloth, including acne treatments, toothpastes, swimming pool/hot tub chemicals, automatic dishwasher detergents, hair dyes, scouring powders, and cleaning products. PSA for others! I have been using Tide pods for sheets and towels for my household, so I recently decided to try this hygienic clean pod option. For about 10 days I’ve had a very itchy skin rash that has gotten worse. My kids have matching (fortunately smaller) spots, so we’ve been trying to figure it out. This is the culprit. I have re-washed sheets with non-irritating detergent, but my rash has gotten so bad that I just had to get a prednisone prescription to help clear it up. Nothing like this has ever happened, so I want to caution others. It’s crazy that detergent can make your skin this irritated :(.
