A: [10:09 AM] West, Matthew Carcinogen is not intentionally added ingredient in any of P&G’s products. Because arsenic is in the naturally occurring in the environment, arsenic is found in trace amounts widely across many products such as food and cleaning products. The results shared by CR are very low, safe levels, well below any established safety limits for a cleaning product.

When using Tide PODS™ we recommend using one PODS™ for small and medium loads, two for large and extra large loads, and for a full HE load or a XXLarge load we recommend up to three PODS™. The advertisement stated buy two getbone free. When I went ordered two went to pick up and was told to get the third had to buy three. The advertisement did not state such. Thus is misleading and must state tgat the consumer must add three to the purchase to get the third free. This was a big hassle not just for me but tge customer service representative. Get your game together and spell it out what must be done in these advertisements.

I was caught off guard with this new scent. You know the laundry routine: sort cloths, open Tide reach into barrel.umm something smells different.. what?? Tide?? No way..laundry room with refreshing air, my fur babiés blankets even from the dryer!! This is great.. what made the change?? Been using Tide since 1974… Reordering right now..

This could work for laundry that has water pour in from the top, but for my front-loading washer, even when I use as directed (putting first in the bottom of the bin/rotating thing) it often leaves undissolved adhesive on my clothes.

We understand that this isn't the case here, and we'd be happy to help. A couple possible reasons why the pods may not fully dissolve is from having too large of load or too many absorbent items in the wash. The residue can be removed from the clothing by rinsing the stained fabric under warm water while letting them soak overnight. The following day, re-wash the affected garments in your washing machine without laundry detergent. Wash at the highest temperature permitted by the care label. The scent in these pods is HORRENDOUS!!!!! My husband likes these, I do not use them but just the smell of his clothes makes me nauseous and give me a migraine headach!! Read about chemicals crossing the blood brain barrier, the nauseous and headaches is caused by chemical reaction. You should be ashamed. I see other reviews where you say the product is safe to use, I beg to differ. ANY PRODUCT THAT CAUSES A PHYSICAL REACTION IS NOT!!! SAFE TO USE! The whole freaking house smell of this chemical toxic mess! WHY do you have to make your products smell so strong?!?!? ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! Just stop already.

I absolutely loved the old scent of the green pods. Even ordered them to Germany because they're not available here. I was SO sad when the scent changed! The blue ones definitely aren't the same.
