Q: Since this is Spritz brand. Does this mean that the dye works on the Spritz plastic eggs? I've tried using regular egg dye on plastic egss and it didnt take very well like it does on real eggs.

A: Hello - We appreciate your interest in this Tie Dye Egg Easter Decorating Kit. Egg dye meant to be used on real eggs should not be used on the plastic eggs. The plastic eggs can only be dyed with the dye sold with the plastic egg dye kits.. We know you will enjoy it. – Jacob

Colors don't stick. I think the best practice is to use one color per egg only. It was a flop for us.

My 7 and 9 year olds had fun with this kit. It’s a little messy, work outside on concrete or on top of cardboard if you can. If you have more than one person who’s going to be making eggs, I suggest buying two kits because you can only work on one egg at a time and it will be good to have two sets of gloves. There is no red dye in this kit.

This Tie Dye Egg Kit was surprisingly really easy and the eggs turned out super cute! Extra bonus- wasn’t as messy as one would have expected!

One of my favorites! Turned out just like the photo! FYI FOR GROUPS…If you want to have multiple people dye at once there’s only 1 “plastic” template thing in a kit.
Fun for kiddos and adults.

I wish they had purple and red but overall a fun way to dye eggs. Pigmented and vibrant.

I opened this up right before we started to color eggs. there were duplicate colors in the tablet packet, versus having different colors. The tie dye didn't look very great either which may be our error. Blue, green, and orange didn't exactly make for variety when the tablets were the same colors. if it had 5 separate colors like it was supposed to, I could even deal with tie dye that doesn't look great. we gave up and filled the cups with water to have some full color.

First colored egg time with my 6yr and 4 1/2yr old. We followed the directions and thought that they turned out great. I did have to give my kids a hand with a lot of it but they loved using the droppers and trying different color combos. It made for a fun afternoon! I wish it was a litttle more kid friendly, but i think that it’s going to be a messy activity no matter what materials you use. I liked how gloves were provided! Dont forget to pick up vinegar at the store for this project. We almost forgot.
Fun! Would buy again!

This was a fun kit that was pretty easy and created fun eggs. I agree with the other reviews that mentioned it would be nice to have some other colors. Our kit had a yellow and orange that were very similar and two blues which were also very similar, so instead of 5 colors it was more like 3. We still really liked them and would definitely buy them again!

I chose this on a whim but it really worked and was not too complicated to do. My three year was even able to do it, with a bit of assistance. I would totally get this kit again, its was great!
Fun for the whole family!

Five colors are included, but the two blue looked the same so there were really only four colors to work with. I would have liked to see a purple or pink. But the results were pretty good! Nothing mixed to make icky browns like some tie dye or marble kits do.

The kit really works and they come out like the photo which I didn’t think was possible. The downside is only one person at a time can dye.

This kit Is Pretty Easy To Use. They Don't Turn Out Quite As Vibrant As The Picture, But Still 0retty Cute, And My 8 And 10 Year Old Could Do It On Their Own And Enjoyed Doing It. Sorry, My Phone Is Capitalizing Every First Letter?

for a responsible and obedient age 6 and up. no younger. kit is only meant for 1 person at a time as you need the dropper and the container. if you want to do this with 2 people, they will have to wait, or buy 2 kits. You NEED to wear gloves, and the kit comes with 1 pair. I've used other kits, but this kit is very concentrated and dyes fingers and clothes more quickly. Wear disposable clothes. Put a paper plate at each work station. Lots of paper towels and an old towel on the work surface. Careful not to spill. I will buy again but not for a younger age. Kids had fun.
