Doesn't match items previously ordered from this line. We already had a TV stand which was great! This was a different color, different scale, wood grain is different. Also the depth is short, so it rocks on our floor. Not sturdy at all. Very disappointed in this product. Too late to return it so I guess we'll put it somewhere else. Target isn't clear on when their return policy closes.

I purchased two of these bookshelves and couldn't be happier. They weren't too hard to put together (about 2 hours for the first one; by the second we were down to 1.5 hours). They look very classy and are very sturdy and well-made as well. My one complaint as that Simpli Home sent an email with the subject "Write a Review & Get 10% Off coupon" but then once I opened the email, in the body of the text that offer had changed to "Please write and share your review to receive 5% OFF coupon on your next purchase." Bait and switch much?

After storing for 10 months, I finally put this together. Thankfully. there were no damaged or missing pieces. It was easy to assemble. It looks great. It's all solid wood. I think the back is balsa wood - usually in assemble it yourself shelves the back is mdf or cardboard. It's very heavy and the center of gravity is high so be careful : D

This is the third piece I have purchased from the Draper collection. Everything went together fairly easily until I got to the top. The top divider was about .25 inches higher than the two sides. I had to sand the divider down until I could get the top of the bookshelf to sit level enough to fasten it to the sides and top divider. I also found that some of the hardware was really cheap. The threads were easily damaged when I was try to fasten the screws. Good thing they provide backup hardware.
