How to Apply: Clean and dry affected area. Cut open pouch and remove patch. Remove protective film and apply directly to area of pain. Apply to affected area not more than 3 times daily. Wash hands with soap after applying patch. Reseal pouch containing unused patches.Adults and Children 12 Years and Over

I have a pinched nerve in my lower back that causes sciatica. I’ve been on the couch in a bad mood all day because I was in so much pain. Grabbed these and cried tears because it gave me SO much relief. Cannot recommend these enough. I will be buying more to always have on me. After just 10 minutes of having it on, I was off the couch and moving around.

did absolutely nothing. i love both the white & red actual ointment tiger balm in the tins so thought the patch would be a less messy version. i put one on my lower back and felt nothing and i had to adjust it a million times because it kept coming unstuck in spots

I personally DID not like these patches ! Didn’t notice any type of relief in my back where I was having pain, I usually use the ointment which works immediately! But they didn’t have any at my target . Returning these

I did something to my upperback and was in a lot of pain. I remembered someone mentioning Tiger Balm once and figured I'd give it a shot. I bought both the regular balm and these patches, and I think I liked these patches better for my neck, shoulders, and upper back! Wasn't a miracle worker, but provided a lot of relief and peace of mind knowing I was doing something to help with the pain. Only con is that the packaging feels unnecessary. Why is the product package in a box? Can't it just be sold in the package? What's the point of the box?

Started having muscle pain in my upper thigh to the point of limping and OTC medicine just wasn’t helping so I decided to try these. I’m a bit surprised due to the price but it definitely helped. So much so that I have one on my ankle now. I sprained it a couple of years ago and it always aches. Seems to be helping for that as well. They are a bit messy and sticky (but I guess the stickiness is the whole point), but still worth it. I’ll keep these on hand.

Tiger Balm recently doubled the size of the patch (but kept the price the same - thank you). The bigger patch is thinner and so much harder to get on your shoulders or back - anywhere you can't use two hands to get it on. It flops over on itself, requiring repeated attempts to get it stuck on without folds. And it falls off much sooner than the smaller patches did. I'll keep using it because it really works reduce the pain in my back and shoulder but I wish they hadn't made the change.

It has a very strong scent. And overall we’re just not happy with it. I will update my review when I personally try the product but as of now it is my first bad review
