Q: Is this product kosher?

A: Hello and thanks for your question! We currently only make one certified kosher cheese, which is our Kosher Medium Cheddar. However, all of our cheeses (with the exception of our Maker’s Reserve 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 cheddars) are considered vegetarian and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients besides milk.

A: Thanks for the question Bel. This product is not lactose free. While we don’t test for the lactose content in our cheese, we do know that our aged cheddars contain very little lactose.

I personally think that TILLAMOOK makes the best cheese. And in my area target has the best price on this brand this triple cheddar variety is excellent! I love using this when I make homemade mac & cheese, tacos, it’s great on mashed potatoes, thick enough to use for a grilled cheese, etc. Great flavor!

This is higher quality cheese it tastes really good. Costs a little more but i enjoy the tast so.ill pay it. You have to use.it quickly becauseit doesn't have preservatives in it and it won'tlast foreverlike the other cheeses.

I used 4 bags of this to make 2 lbs of mac n cheese. This cheese melted so perfectly while i made the cheese sauce. It was a smooth and creamy cheddar flavor that really pulled the meal together. This is my favorite brand of cheese for mac n cheese.
