Typically, I love Tillamook cheese. I buy the block and shred it up, using it for mac n cheese, ziti, and tacos, especially. However, I didn’t notice until I got it home that the medium sharp cheddar block I bought was molded. Gross. Now I know to check the cheese THOROUGHLY before purchasing.

We love all Tillamook brand products but the blocked cheese is one of our favorites. We have started buying the blocks of cheese to use for most everything from slices for sandwiches to shredding for tacos.

This cheese is so delicious. I love how it comes in small packages. It is one of the best cheddar brand I have tasted. It's great for a morning or anytime snack.
