They are true to the size and fit really well. I love the support and cushioning on this, specifically for going outdoors. You always have the full support for your feet. The grips are solid and you don't loose traction hile hiking, running walking, even on slippery surfaces. The design and the color options go quite well, and are subtle and fresh. The weight of the shoe is a plus point, extremely light and with that comfort, can't really find any negatives. Overall a solid shoe, made for forever.

The only problem I saw that I like my shoes to be all leather and big chunk of these shoes are made up of non-leather stuff.

The ankle support is nice, especially when you're scrambling over rocks and uneven ground. As for them being waterproof, I'm not sure yet. They definitely are up to the leather part, but in not sure how waterproof the mesh fabric is. Overall very happy with these boots.

After trying numerous brands and styles the Timberland Mt. Maddsen is my choice. It has a roomy toe box while still holding my foot and heel well enough to prevent foot movement resulting in blisters. It has a supportive and well cushioned insole for all day comfort. Bottom line - it is my choice from all of the boots I tried
