Timberland Women's Chocorua Waterproof Hiking Boot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I well wore through my last pair of Timberlands - there was no grip left on that shoe! I thought about going to another cheaper brand, but my Timberlands always last me so long, are so reliable, and always comfortable. This pair is the same. Takes a minute to break them in, but worth the money for sure. And though I just get them for the utility, I always get compliments on how good they look - so bonus!

I want to immediately return this boot as it hurts my toes. Even with bpretty small feet the regular version is very tight and extremely uncomfortable and suffocating. I cannot walk in them for more than an hour. not sure how everyone has positive comments. maybe i should have ordered the wider version.

These boots are the best footwear I've ever owned. I could sleep in them. I've hiked, snowshoed, golfed, did long walks, walked through mud, puddles…..they are just great.

This was the first hiking boot I ever bought, after going to see the movie "Wild" in theaters with my mom as a teen and being inspired by the main character's timberland boots she hikes the PCT in. I went to my local Timberland store with my heart set on her (arguably cuter, but objectively less sensible) exact style of boots. Luckily, the worker talked me into the Chocorua's instead somehow, and I never looked back. 10 years later I still wear these almost every day, I have backpacked multiple countries, countless hours standing/working, any time I know I will be on my feet for a long time these are the boots I reach for. They have sustained many scuffs and campfire burns due to my own negligence but have yet to fail me. I already know whenever it's finally time to hang them up I won't think twice about buying the exact same ones again. Thx timberland < 3

I purchased this boot in 1999! It has come time to purchase a new pair as the boot is separating from the sole. I hope the quality of my new pair matches the boot I purchased 24 years ago.

I live in a rural area where boot support and comfort are a must. An everyday wear. I have at least 3 pairs of old ones I rotate out depending on what I am doing. Hope they never stop making them.

only downfall is that I have to tie my laces on the outside side of shoes,, the bow catches on the other shoe & I trip & fall face down. It's worth tying on the outside. How much longer are they going to be out of stock

Awesome boots for archaeologists who survey and excavate or any other people with careers that constantly take them off normal hiking trails. I have had two pairs in 10 years and they have held up wonderfully. I have also excavated hundreds of holes with them and they only just started wearing out after three years of heavy use. They could be more waterproof, but I could have also treated them more frequently with the waterproofing spray. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a normal hiking boot as well, much of what I do is walking through the woods and they are great for that.

I love these boots. I had two pairs in the span of three years. Wore them almost every single day and they were easily the most comfortable shoes I owned. They also withstood the elements like a champ

These are not waterproof. My feet are always getting wet in these. Went for a walk on a rainy day in the woods, one sock soaked, the other damp. and my feet are always sweating in these also

After 2 attempts walking an easy 3-4 mile flat trail I constantly felt a pinch in my lower back. I think these are just too heavy for my petite frame. I've never in my life experienced such back pain. After 2 days wearing other shoes back pain subsides. Such a shame! I love these sturdy boots!! Will have to donate then to someone who can wear as intend.

My wife had these for 7 years, just bought a replacement. Tons of use out of these shoes. Very durable. We hike a lot and they've held up great. #sweepstakes

I don't write reviews, but these are the best boots out there. I walk about 10 miles in a day in my busy season and my feet don't hurt at the end of the day. Worth every penny.
