I’ve spent hours trying to find the best Vitamin C Serum. Some are too expensive and some bad reviews. I’ve been using Timeless for about a year now and I must say this is the one for me. It makes my skin look hydrated, even skin tone and easy to apply. Yes, the scent is not my favorite, but if the product works, sometimes you got to get past the scent.

This was yellow/oxidized from when I first got it. It’s super liquidy, which I hate cause it’s hard to apply neatly with just hands, and it smells bad. I wish I didn’t commit to the 4oz, cause it’s going to take forever to get thru. Not sure if it does much for my skin but doesn’t do anything bad to it, which is I still use it cause might as well. The new price is crazy though - I got this for 45.99 and wouldn’t pay that again, never mind over $78

I have been using this product every morning for the past six years. It refreshes my skin, helps it feel more supple, and evens out any hyperpigmentation. I see some reviews mention a smell, but I don't smell much of anything? Be sure that the liquid is clear and yellowish when you use it. If you order from places other than Timeless directly, it might arrive already spoiled if the liquid is yellowish.

I had high hopes for the Timeless Ferulic Vitamin C Serum after reading so many glowing reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was pretty disappointing. First, the shipping took longer than expected, which was frustrating but manageable. However, when the product finally arrived, things went downhill fast. After just a couple of uses, the serum started to irritate my skin significantly. My face broke out, and it felt uncomfortable and inflamed, which has never happened to me with other Vitamin C serums. I tried to power through for a few days, hoping my skin would adjust, but the irritation only got worse. To make matters worse, it doesn't seem like I can even get a refund, so I'm out the money for a product I can't use. Overall, it's been a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this serum if you have sensitive or reactive skin.

Excellent Vitamin C & E serum. It is my absolute "go to" and have recommended it to so many friends. It is very thin (watery), but I easily got accustomed to that and find that it helps the product absorb very well. Please don't ever change this, I love it!

I have the 4 oz. Bottle, and I store it in the refrigerator. The product is leaking through the small hole in the bottom. I contacted customer service about it, and they requested photos. I sent several photos, as well as a video documenting the leak. After several back-and-forth communications, I was informed that the packaging was only warranted for 60 days! What? That is ridiculous, and it turns out Timeless does not stand by their products. Plus, they apparently are changing the packaging, so obviously they know there is an issue. Very disappointed.
