The watch works well, would like it have blood pressure also. There is one issue that makes impossible to use because one of the mounts for the wrist band has broken so I can not wear it!!just bought it this summer was happy till now, just bummed out about this, handy to have information from the watch for my health issues

This is my first "smartwatch". I never understood the need or desire for one. Some features of other brands are nifty but not necessarily needed (in my opinion). Well the price was fair so here I am.. I will be returning the watch today. The optical heart rate monitor works intermittently. The media controls don't work at all, the weather has said for the last week that the temperatures was 32-32.... Same thing no matter location... I've been a dedicated timex customer for over 20 years. I can't even begin to count how many Ironman I've had. I currently own 3 different ones... but the smart watch? I'll not be replacing with old. I'll be waiting for the refund from the store.

From the start I had problems. It wouldn't charge right, it wouldn't connect to my phone. The stats were always wrong. You can't swipe back. It doesn't make sense. It should be called a dumb watch because it is very basic with many problems

Bought from box store club store and it doesn’t allow me to do anything. I can’t set time or date or brightness. The app won’t sync with iPhone and it only counts todays steps. All other features are worthless. Very upset! I expected better from Timex!

This watch took a licking before it ever began ticking. There is no way to set the time unless it syncs to your phone and it doesn't do that. Well, not completely, it does notify me when I get an email. Otherwise, it doesn't sync. App freezes, that is if you pice the right version from the app store (I found three, none of which worked). Go back to making membrane personal computers like you did in the 70's cause these are much wors than those were.

This does everything it is supposed to: tells me time, connects to app, and connects to charger and powers up. I would not recommend getting smart watch in dead of winter unless you go to big box store, one that I ordered from another site was ruined by the subzero weather. Again, super happy with this watch.

Just unboxed this Active version yesterday. And it continues to have the incorrect date and time. I have been through all the documentation on the web and videos for setup and none of them are working for this watch. Horrible experience. Returning it tomorrow. DO NOT BUY!
