Definitely a whiskey after a hard/long day. The taste is subtle, but the feel is harsh. You can do shots, BUT it’s way better mixed. I mix with an Arnold Palmer and it’s excellent!

This is a discount bourbon brand with a rye-forward profile. It isn't ideal as a pure sipping whisky but as a mixer with diet cola or even seltzer, it hits the spot. The price point is ideal if you are serving cocktails at a party and don't want to break the bank.
