I use Panpastel to add detail coloring to my paper flowers and this is a must have selection of colors for my work. Surprisingly best price point I’ve found for this particular set and I researched high and low. The quality of Panpastel can’t be beat and I’m so happy target carries some options, hope they start carrying more!
