Q: Does anyone hurt baby's legs when u take them out ? My baby cried so much! Leg was injured with the hard plastic that surrounds the seat area. No cushion or anything.

Q: Why doesn't the musical toucan make sound?

A: The product box and website specifically refer to the toucan as a playable wind chime. What kind of wind chime is "void of sound" by design? 🤨 That makes no sense.

Q: What is the best way to wash and clean the toys as they contain fabric and plastic?

A: That's an excellent question! Thanks for choosing us! The care and maintenance vary depending on the part. The grip strips should be solely cleaned with water. The base and tray assembly are washed with warm soapy water (drip dry ensure to keep product away from direct sunlight or heat), The toys should not be submerged in water. Surface wash and towel dry all toys. Make sure to wring out cloth thoroughly beforehand and allow to drip before use. Wash seat pad in cold water on a gentle cycle. Drip Dry or line dry. No bleach. The piano when it’s on the middle setting DOES make a weird/inappropriate sound. I felt uncomfortable with it so i took the batteries out so my baby can still press the buttons. Other than that my baby loves it!

Loved this but piano broke my baby is only 9 months and really was only used it since he’s 6 months… so 3 months total and the piano broke already- tried changing the batteries tried contacting the manufacturer and nothing. I love the design on this activity center but I have the skip hop one also and my son loves it and it seems better made than this one. Very disappointed .

Cute activity center but it’s very obvious it was made cheap after using. A few toys broke off in the first month of use. I would encourage others to buy one with a jumper instead for the same price.

Manufacturing oopsies

There must have been a manufacturing error with these, as the musical toucan is missing its chime. Returned one just to have it happen with another. I guess that's why they're discounted...? Also be careful to lift baby straight up when done (not at an angle) to avoid scratching against the rim of the seat. If you don't mind that one of the musical toys is not in the least bit musical, it's OK for the price. Like the colors and the piano.

I love the toy itself! Our 6 month old will happily be in it for 20 minutes at a time. But, he’s in the 75% for height as a 6 month old and still isn’t able to put his feet flat on the ground for the lowest height setting.

I received this as a baby shower gift. My baby is 2 months old, so I decided to go ahead and assemble it. It was easy to assemble and didn't require any tools except for a screw driver to open the back of the little piano to put batteries in. It's really cute, and I love the versatility of it. Overall, I would highly recommend it. Everything seems to be built well and sturdy.

Cute activity center. I love the green and tan colors that fit in with home decor and baby also seems to like. A few things to note. My baby is tall like 80%-tile at 6 months and just can touch his feet to the platform. So like others have said, you might need to as a pillow below for the first month if baby is average/shorter in height. Also I wish the platform had just a tad bit more wiggle/bounce. My baby likes to try and make it wiggle but it only moves like half an inch or so. I love the fact that the chair is included and we don’t have to purchase separately like so many other activity centers. One of the main reasons I bought this one over several others I also liked. Let’s see if the toys stay attached and don’t break with continued use. I’ve had this toy for about two weeks now.

So far my baby loves it and nothing on it has broken or given us any issues after about a month of use. One negative is that the height isn’t adjustable so it wasn’t until 7 months that our baby was able to stand with flat feet in it, but we just put a large book on the base so he could start using it a little earlier. We also like that we can easily rearrange the toys around the table.

I really love the colors of this, matches the living room nicely. So, it’s a win for mom and baby! The toys are great and it was super duper easy to assemble. The only complaint I have is that I wish the height could be lowered so baby’s feet will not dangle in the air. My almost 5 month old is a little over 26” and I’ve had to put a couch cushion under his feet so he doesn’t dangle so badly.
