I pack my boyfriend lunch everyday and use this lunchbox. He works outside and keeps it in his car where it gets very hot but the lunchbox does a great job staying insulated. I’ll usually pack a frozen water bottle as the ice pack and when he gets home from work it’s still half frozen! It fits a good amount of food and drinks and love the side mesh pockets. A few Tupperware’s , snacks, and drinks have no issue fitting. It’s also a pretty stylish lunchbox. I included a photo you could fit a waterbottle standing up and Tupperware next to it for size reference. 5 stars, I would definitely recommend

Surprisingly lightweight, making it a breeze to carry around even on days he's stuck working overtime. He's thrilled with it, especially on those overtime days when lunch is non-negotiable.
