I purchased 2 of the same item, but only 1 arrived. On the packing slip, it stated that 2 items were delivered. When I called Target to find out what happened, I was told that they were mailed separately and that it would arrive in a few days. 11 days have passed and the item still has not arrived. When I called Target for a second time, I was told that I can get a refund and if I still wanted the item, I would have to purchase again. Target could not replace the item because it was through a third party vendor. So be warned about buying third party items. You can potentially have issues with delivery or getting the item timely.

This is an excellent bag for carrying lunches. I have an adult lunch box that has a bag but you have to load containers in sideways. I don't have that problem with this bag which means less likely to leak and your food stays were you place it! The craftsmanship and quality are also topnotch! I had yet another bag that had cheap lining and poor stitching but this bag has high quality material and the stitching looks finished. I like most everything about this bag to include the different colors it comes in. No issues noted.
