My son loved these. They are your standard pajama feel. They do stretch after a few hours of wear, but that's only an issue if your little one wears pajamas while playing and moving a lot.

Got this on sale and the red pj's are great, no complaints on that pair. The other pair is just ok. After a few washes it looks faded and the colors not as vibrant, looks well-worn. My son loves these pj's and I did size up.
