The chips themselves are the best; it’s the Target pricing at issue. The 10oz bag is regularly priced under $4 (and sometimes out of stock); the 20oz bag of the same Mini Chips, is $9.99 — I’d expect it to be twice the price of the smaller bag, or even less

They're extremely versatile and can be used in cakes, cookies, muffins, breads, drinks, ice cream, cheesecake, and the list goes on. I found a great recipe for a home made version. We tried it once with a chocolate layer on top but found that the Nestle mini morsels were better. More chocolate per bite and gave it a great texture too.

Just like the milk chocolate morsels, the semi-sweet chocolate morsels melts good as well. My son loves the semisweet and that's because he's not a big sweet eater. I will be purchasing this for him and the milk chocolate ones for myself.
