Target Tonic Water – My Late-Night Leg Cramp Hack (Maybe?)
5 out of 5 stars

As a mom of four, there’s no time for middle-of-the-night leg cramps. I heard that tonic water might help, so I grabbed a bottle of Target’s Market Pantry tonic water (because of course I did—I basically live at Target). It’s super affordable, under a buck for a liter, and I started sipping a small glass before bed when those annoying cramps pop up. It’s got a hint of quinine (the ingredient that supposedly helps), and while it’s not a magic fix, I do think it’s made a difference on some nights. Is it a cure? Probably not. But is it a calming little nighttime ritual that might help and tastes kinda fancy over ice with a lime? Totally. Plus, if nothing else, it gives me a quiet moment before bed to pretend I’m not about to be woken up by someone needing water, a hug, or their blanket “fixed.” Mom tip: always check with your doctor for anything ongoing, but for occasional use? This is a low-effort, possibly helpful trick that’s Target-run approved.
Tasty, better in glass.

Bought this at my physician’s recommendation for muscle spasms. Good taste, seems to help. I wish it were available in glass bottles.
Decent mixer for drinks.

Target's tonic water lacks the taste of an individual that drinks it without alcohol.

Maybe I bought a bad batch but these didn’t taste good. I bought to add to drinks. I won’t buy again and I’m not sure if I can return with 1 missing?

th price is cheaper than the usual brands you see in grocery stores and liquor stores. the only but i have is it comes in plastic bottles and for some reason things in plastic do not have as much fizz as the glass bottles. other than that it is just as good as the best.

Not happy - 3 years ago, Verified purchaser
It tasted okay at first but the fact that it was sweetened prompted me to read the ingredient list. That did it. It contains high fructose corn syrup (HFCS). THAT is a deal breaker. I don't use anything with HFCS. If they tood it out and used stevia instead I would reconsider it. SHAME on them!
Great tonic at half the price!

Normally my fiance and I get more expensive brands of tonic water like Fever Tree or even sometimes Schweppes. This is great tonic water at a fraction of the cost. Tastes great in a G&T, or as a topper in other cocktails.

Perfect size for a couple of drinks, rather use this size than the larger one that goes flat before I use it again. Why don’t you make it in diet? I’ve started to switch to diet/zero sugar and have to go elsewhere to get small bottles of tonic in diet.
