This tonie is too quiet to really hear unless you have the box right next to you and no one is making any other noise.

My 6-year-old daughter enjoys this book, but the protagonist is largely selfish and unkind. While I’m able to appreciate that is how kids tend to be in middle school, my daughter doesn’t, so I wonder if it’s just sending her the wrong message.

My five-year-old loves all of the diary of a Wimpy kid movies. This Tonie has been a great alternative to screen time. I will say, this particular story is probably meant for kids who are a little bit older, maybe middle elementary school and up. There are a few things in the story that some parents might not believe our age appropriate, Like a reference to “hot girls” And I think the word stupid might be used here and there. If you’ve read the books and seen the movies and believe that to be appropriate for your child, then this Tonie stays right in line with the other stories.
Great for older kids

I originally purchased this box for my four year old. When I saw this tonie I decided to try it for my older boys ages 7 and 9. They absolutely love it. It is a great tool for winding down at night.

My oldest loves this tonie - such a great way to have him calm down! He doesn’t have his own tonie box because there isn’t enough content for 8+ year olds, but now he is asking me for more older kid stories. Wish there were more - if buy them all for him!
