A: Needs to be charged. And it will not light up while being charged FYI.

We are big Tonie fans, this one is a bedtime must. Soft, lighting has 3 different shades and the music is soft and soothing. It does need to be charged but we can handle that!

Got this for our grandkids, 6 and 8 y.o. They love it. Turn it on every night and listen to the lullaby, and fall fast asleep. They love adjusting the brightness of the light, and we love the timer feature. A win for everyone!

This little sheep is so cute it makes bedtime a little bit sweeter and has the timer to help limit how long the music is going to play. The light is bright enough to be seen and comforting but also dim enough to allow for meaningful sleep.

This is a great idea - the 4 brightness levels are good because the kid can choose how much light they want. The music is very relaxing. However, it is not dependable for a night light. The charge lasts MAYBE two nights, and if you forget to charge it, it does not light up while charging. We have to have a backup night light, which totally defeats the purpose. I wish we had just gotten a regular sleepy friend Tonie and used our old night light.

Soft, squishy, ambient light, great sleepy music - we have bought many for gifts and have two at home (one is the emergency one - in case we forget to plug in etc, bc our 5 year old will not fall asleep without "sheepie" next to her). We have a bear one as well in baby's room. Main differences are: bear starts with a song with lyrics then goes to melody - sheep is all melody which I prefer; bear starts with the dimmer setting then goes brighter with each press - 4 settings of light on both, but sheep starts with the brightest one - in this respect I prefer the bear; light on bear is "yellow", while sheep is a "white" light - sheep seems to light up the dark room more, overall. . . both sheep and bear are by far our most used toys/ lamps/ tonies.
