I have been driving myself crazy since January looking for another one of these in cranberry crush!!!!!!!!!! So heartbroken to hear it's been discontinued. The shade was everything!!! Regardless, this lip balm is amazing. It's sooo moisturizing and leaves my lips looking amazing. Totally bummed they don't have cranberry crush anymore but it's so good I'll get it in another shade.

This product is really nice; it has a balmy texture (as in the namesake) that moisturizes nicely - great for daily wear that helps keep my lips moisturized. I bought two of these originally, the original scent and the banana. I have not opened the banana yet, but I imagine it will be similar to the original, aside from the scent. Overall, I like the product and would buy again if it weren't for the packaging. Because of the bad packaging, the product gets all glooped up in the well where it *should* be pulling excess product off the wand as you pull the wand out to use. Which, just results in a mess and loads of wasted product because it literally gets all over the wand as you pull it out/put it back in. A few times I've had to stick a q-tip in there to clean out all the excess product because I was not able to get it back in the tube without making a bigger mess. Sadly, I won't rebuy because of this design flaw, even if it was half the price.

I was obsessed with this! I used it every night and my lips stayed hydrated and i loved it!! I had the watermelon and now I purchase a nee tube and the color is totally different!!! I didnt want the color! Not all happy and will not purchase anymore!

I love this balm. It is my absolute favorite. I have to say though that I am very bummed out about cranberry crush being discontinued. The new shades are ok, but cranberry crush was the absolute best shade. Any chance of bringing it back? You don't have any shades that cover red right now. BRING BACK CRANBERRY CRUSH!!!

I have lips that chap and dry with basically any other lip products. Tints, stains, lipsticks, glosses all make my lips dry and cracking the next morning. This saves them every single time. I love that there are options for different scents and colors now as well! I've been using this for years off and on, but always come back to it!

Moisturizing, pleasant taste/smell, natural looking semi-gloss, but product accumulates outside the screw top. I have to use a kleenex to keep it usuable on a regular basis. Bad packaging. Buy on sale & its well worth it. Not sure for full price because packaging causes waste

So, I bought this set in January 2025, and I still use it to this day. It's March now! I wasn't a fan of the Winter Crystal one, but that's only because I don't like grape flavored things. But, if you like Grape drinks, candy, etc., it would be perfect for you. I use the Ice crystal one every day and it is quite literally my dream lip product. Everyone always compliments me on it and loves the product. Luckily, I was able to give the Winter Crystal one to my stepsister who absolutely loved it. The formula is so soft and smooth, and the little glitters and sparkles are perfect and you can't even feel them on your lips. The flavor is also really great. It's a subtle blue razzberry but after you wear it all day, even when you take it off it still makes your lips taste sweet. (My boyfriend's words not mine lol) But it really is perfect. But, I did also put other products on it, which can also be a reason why it lasted so long. When it was about halfway empty, I added some BYROE black cherry lip oil in and also some Benefit plushtint in the shade Purrr. Which made it a cute pinky color and layers on my lips beautifully. But it really is a great product and the quality definitely surpasses the price.

I was willing to overlook the steep pricepoint, unnecessarily chunky packaging, and relatively low amount of product for the feel and smell of the Banana Pillow Balm. Now, I'd recommend the Tony Moly Banana balm over this. Applicator is messy and product formula is terrible for the reformulated Pillow Balm. Definitely new but very much NOT improved.

I have an overbite that causes me to have a chronically dry and crusty lower lip. But this balm genuinely really helps, and it smells super good too! I have the color Ice which is Blue Raspberry, and it has just the slightest tingle like a peppermint chapstick but not in an overbearing lip plumper way.

I ordered the banana flavor of this pillow balm awhile ago, and I'm pretty sure it's one of the only lip products I've ever completely finished! I love the way it feels on my lips, it is slightly cooling and immediately hydrating. I struggle with dry skin in the winter, so this product is absolutely perfect for maintaining healthy lips I will say that the pigment was a bit more than I expected for a balm, so I didn't wear the banana one out much- but I just ordered the new berry one and I'm super excited to use it all the time!

Literally the BEST lip treatment! I have every scent and love them all but the original is my #1 always go to! I even applh this at bedtime and wake up with it still on and super soft lips! They dont call it pillow balm for nothin 😅
