First, heavier than water, but a watery consistency (very easily runs). Not sticky, not slippery, feels natural when dry. Overall, doesn't feel heavy or suffocating, good for tactile sensitivity. No scent. Doesn't clog my clog-prone skin. Doesn't cause my rosacea to flare (your mileage may vary). When I use actives too heavily and my skin gets flaky (plus my skin has aged and is drier now), I mix a dab of this with foundation and color corrector. It isn't super slick like some serums so makeup doesn't separate and slide off when mixed. I do use a serum foundation, though, which isn't heavy, so your mileage may vary. It really helps moisturize the problem area and reduces obvious flakes that foundation can leave behind on dry skin. I also set with a non-alcoholic toner, so I'm adding another layer of moisture on top, but throughout all of my trials using different foundations and moisturizers and toners, this *one* product (and how I used it) made all the difference. Does *not* immediately plump up skin like a 100% pure hyaluronic acid does. It holds onto hydration, but also moisturizes, so it's serving two purposes here, which I personally need and find more valuable than just plumping.

This is a great product for those with dry skin. It really hydrates your skin and feels really good. It's so cool that Target now sells this.
