They were doing a deal in store that was get $20 off when you purchase a service plan prepaid card with the phone. The guy who was helping me with the purchase said the regular verizon prepaid card is what went with the phone. Spent 15 minutes trying to get the service plan to work and the contacted customer service. Turns out verizon prepaid cards do not work for Total Wireless phones and only total wireless prepaid cards (which are not available for in store purchase) are the only ones that work. Extremely dissatisfied because that was $73 spent after the promotion went through so almost $100 total. Nothing wrong with phone so far.
