The puzzle was great, a challenge. When finished, I was missing 2 pieces and had 3 extra pieces .(Of course wrong) Contacted company and they blew me off. Never again-from this third party

I thought this would be a great Christmas gift for my Dad. Arrived in plain cardboard box. Even if you are very good at doing puzzles I think it should at least have a picture to know what the puzzle is!
