I see a Neurolink practitioner who routinely tests me re: supplements. He informed me that my body was no taking up magnesium in pill form. He suggested that I use the Mega-Mag liquid. He has not subsequently found a magnesium deficiency.

This stuff works! Mix with a little cranberry juice and the magnesium taste is palatable. Stops my terrible muscle cramps and remember to use sparingly as it can really super-charge your regularity ...if you know what I mean. :-)

Easy to take and follow recommended doses. It has really help with muscle soreness associated with exercise. Since taking Trace Mega-mag ,I feel better.

This liquid mag is absolutely VILE tasting. I could not disguise it no matter what I put it in. I do not recommend. Better to go with a powder like mag glycinate (great to add to Swanson's chocolate whey protein powder). Utterly hideous.

If you like Evian bottled water, try 3-4 drops of this in your glass. I filter my water, and adding this softens it and gives it a smooth taste. I know you're supposed to use more to get enough magnesium to be beneficial, but I take supplements for that. I use this just for the taste. This is also a good way to get more boron.

I buy pure water and add these minerals to my water and love it. Nice taste for me. I don't use too much but drink it throughout the day. Helpful to get the needed minerals in my clean water.

This is a great product. I have been using it for 6 months now. A few drops a day take away cravings and I have so much energy. Convenient to put in your purse and add a few drops to your water at joke or the restaurant. I used to buy it at my local wholefoods but the price is much cheaper here so I get 2-3 bottles at once

Before I started putting other supplements into our smoothies, I started using Mega Mag. There are many processes in the body dependent on magnesium. Certain foods and medications may block or deplete magnesium and other nutrients. Our energy is through the roof and we sleep better. I think this is the most important mineral and hope people look up magnesium deficiency to find out why. I find this product to have the best absoprtion. It should be mixed with water, juice, or smoothies to be palatable.

Great to use if you are needing some energy. Mega-mag gives me energy to go the distance when I do metric century bike tours. A way to get minerals that I may not get enough of in the foods I eat. Pair it with B12.

Magnesium chloride is the most bio available magnesium that you can take. I especially like this one because it is derived from sea water and it contains a few other minerals for more balanced mineral supplementation. I am very glad that I learned of this product.

This product is a great way to get more magnesium into your diet. I just add a dropperful to each quart of water I drink so that my consumption is spread out throughout the day. Helps me stay calm and my muscles stay relaxed! The price is great too!
