This ready to hang, matted framed art piece features a colorful abstract composition.Amy Vangsgard lives in Los Angeles, CA. She graduated from Art Center College of Design. For over 20 years Amy has been an award winning free-lance illustrator. She has also taught design and illustration at Otis College of Art and Design. Amy had worked in many media: assemblage, clay, painting and digital arts. Amy uses both digital photography and digital painting techniques. Her inspiration comes from nature and succulent plants. She is fascinated with the way light illuminates objects and casts interesting shadows.An 11x14 giclee print under acrylic in a 18X22 black frame. Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating museum quality fine art reproductions. This high quality print is matted using antique white matting and comes in a black frame. A clear acrylic facing is added to protect the print. The piece is fully assembled by professional framers and comes ready to hang. The antique white mat allows the image to really stand out, making it a great addition to any space.
