Q: Will it shuffle 1 or two decks, or does it require 4 to work?

A: The Trademark Poker Automatic Card Shuffler is designed to shuffle 1 or 2 decks of cards at a time. It can accommodate up to 4 decks, but you don't need all four to operate it.
