Q: I’ve said that you have to drink this 3-5 times a day. Does that mean drink/ open a new package 3 times ? Or can i save it and continue drinking it later
A: You should open a new package each time you steep a cup of tea for best results.

Q: Is it ok to drink this tea if I'm not pregnant or nursing?
A: Hi there, thanks for asking. Our Organic Mother's Milk formula is rich with herbs like fennel, anise, coriander and fenugreek. These herbs do support healthy lactation but are fine for non-breastfeeding individuals as well!
