This is a good item - but after I purchased from Target @ 39.99 - found same item on Amazon for $ 14.00 ???? UH - rec'd item b4 Christmas and will be returning the Target item. Absolutely ridiculous for same item to be an unbelieveable PRICE difference. I luv Target - but not so much as to give them an extra $ 20 something bucks - just sayin'

I have a bad back, this works great for relief.

I go to a chiropractor very regularly. And while that helps quite a bit, I find that my adjustment doesn't "stick" for very long. I got this and found that if I lay on it every morning, that my adjustment lasts longer. And any reduction in pain, is a good thing for me!

Skeptical at first, but this helped my lower back pain due to stenosis and a herniated disc. I have had back pain since I was 12. I use it a few minutes each day and it helps or has a really strong placebo effect. Either way my back pain has relief. People with wrist or strength issues might need help putting it together.

This thing is great! I have tried everything bed or sleep related to relieve my back pain and muscle knots: memory foam mattress, different pillows, knee support, sleeping positions, massagers, etc. This finally worked! I used it consistently for five minutes in the morning and five minutes at night. I ramped up the "levels" as the days went by. Now, my back pain is gone!

First few times it hurts so do it a short time but as you keep going it totally works

As someone who has a L5-S1 spine injury with a slight protrusion on the disc's this is a Godsend.A must have as a daily stretching routine. Helps relieve pressure from the spine as it elongates and stretches. If you have any pinched nerve, or vertebrae disk protrusions or back problems/pain, do your DD and get this now. I will be using this for the rest of my life. I'm barely at LVL 1 and it is already readjusting my spine. Research spine traction.

I have been dealing with a long history of back pain since my injury in Iraq, 2002. This product works pretty well so far by allowing me to decompress my lower, mind and upper back through relaxation and natural gravity. I have been routinely getting massages every month for years to deal with the tension and pain in my cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions. Doctors have only recommended physical therapy and medications, both of which never did much other than complicate things with additional side effects. This is a medication free treatment device that is extremely cheap in comparison to other options I have tried. Overall I have been able to get better results with this option then other methods. I have been working on my back for over 18 years and this seems to be the missing last step. I would like to be up front though you have to expect some adjustment pains, I noted a significant increase in pain after vertebrae adjusted for 2 days, given I have had pain for so long though it was not that big a deal for me and something I was aware could happen due to past experience with different treatments. I hope my review will help someone out there finally get some relief by trying this product. I would say go slow, the basic first step for this product is more then enough of a curve to help the majority of people. I would say higher steps in the curve are for people with a great deal of flexibility, so pretty healthy spine people looking for additional flexibility. I can do the second step pretty easily now but don't see the benefit as much as the lower step allows for great relaxation and depth for the pressure points. These hard points might be difficult to endure for sensitive people, but can also help one release thorough breathing exercises and relaxation.

It's difficult to bend, but it provides so much relief when you use it. I love it!

This thing helps stretch the lower back. Many devices don't help me do that including my inversion table. It just does not get the lower back decompression like this does.The little spikes might feel good to some, but I find them a bit painful. Lay a towel over it when using for more comfort.

I used it for three days and I feel more energetic to do work! I am able to tolerate daily activities without reaching out for pain medications. I used it mainly on the floor, I will begin to use it now on the chair. I will order one for work as well. I am 67 years old and I feel like I am 40 years old!! It works!!

I was a little hesitant to try this because you see all of these gimmicks on the market but it was either try this or go to a chiropractor. I started using it 2 times per day for 5 minutes each and by the third day, there was such a noticeable difference. I highly recommend this!

This worked for me. I was getting lower back pain from working at home. At 1st, I thought my pain was from my desk chair. After using this, it was not my chair. it was just my poor posture that was fixed by this. I still use it as needed. I started at the lowest angle and I can do the most extreme angle but I still like the middle.

I have had this back stretcher for 2 days now and used it for only 5 minutes here or there. Pain I have had for years has gone away and I'm able to stretch easier and looser than I have in a long while. I went kayaking yesterday for five miles and noticed better posture naturally and without pain there and while driving. I have slept better in bed with less hip pain. I know it is still early, but I'm pretty convinced this thing works, especially since I have significantly improved range of motion and looseness. I'll update in a few months so see if it still works as good.As far as using it, it feels like it's not doing much when you're on it, depending up how high you have the arch. At most extreme, it feels like an intense stretch. Start slow with the bent knee stretch as shown and you can work your way up to the more intense stretches. Be careful getting off and do so as per the diagram so you don't strain yourself and undo the work of laying on the arch. After my first time using it, I felt instant relief when I got up and have not had the crazy pain from before come back since. I'm going to keep using it, even though I don't even feel like I need to that often. Especially for the price, I highly recommend this thing. It has done with orthos, chiros and medicine could not!

It's a comfortable and easy way to stretch your back! It's got a foam cushion for your spine which allows you to spend time stretching. I'm on the 2nd level stretch and I have to lay there a good while before I am loose enough to totally relax. My husband bought this and it's the little gadget I never knew I needed!

Works great! Have been using it daily for the last week and I can already feel a different.
