I work at a physical therapy clinic and we use the cups atleast twice a day. I ordered some for at home to help with my husbands back pain and just after one use (2 min) he was feeling relief and there was a noticable difference in the swelling he has had. We believe in the power of the cups!! Highly recommend.

I have two D1 athletes and we use these when they're home and have soreness. They claim they work just like their college trainers' cups. Very easy to use. I was surprised because it's a VERY good price for at-home therapy!

I bought the set as a cheaper alternative to going to cupping sessions.Overall, it served its purpose. My only concern is the quality of the plastic cups. Because I'm doing this myself, the constant moving and positioning a cup has caused a cup (or two) to have fallen off. It'd be nice if the cups were a bit thicker and/or made of a heavier softer plastic for durability. I'd still recommend.
