Tramontina`s PRO Fusion 14 in Fry Pan is larger than most pans, and features a new Fusion Rivet System which provides a rivet-less, smooth interior cooking surface. This clever and exclusive system provides easy cooking and effortless cleanup, while maintaining all the strength and durability of a traditional riveted handle assembly, and the cast stainless steel handle features a removable, silicone, soft-grip for maneuverability. The rivet-less cooking surface, combined with the advanced nonstick coating, provides high performance and excellent food release. The fry pan's commercial-grade, heavy-gauge aluminum construction distributes heat quickly and evenly. These pans are designed and manufactured to withstand the rigors of a professional kitchen, and easily adapt to home and non-commercial use. This cookware is NSF certified, compatible with gas, electric and ceramic glass cooktops, can be used in the oven up to 400°F / 204°C.

Q: Eas To clean the bottom and sides ONLY of this pan, is it okay to use easy off ?

A: We do not recommend using easy off to clean the bottom of the Tramontina PRO Fusion Aluminum Non-Stick Fry Pan; as it can damage the aluminum. Discoloring on pan and/or handle will not affect performance. Stains may be lightened by gently rubbing surface with Bon Ami® or a baking soda paste with a damp cloth. Q: When the bottom gets brown it is okay to clean the bottom only of the pan easy off? I use easy off to clean my stainless steel tea kettle and my glass pyrex and it gets it super clean.

The two hot bolts in the non-fusion series bother me. They are sticky and hard to clean. The Pro-fusion series solved the problem.

I've been disappointed in the non-stick coating durability. I only use wooden and plastic tools and within a couple of uses, I had lots of scratches in the coating. They don't appear to be affecting their use in a negative way and otherwise the pan looks fantastic.

Cooking wasn’t the problem; the cleanup afterward was. The outside of the pan got discolored/grimy without any drippings from me. I had to scrub the outside and was only partially successful in obtaining a clean look.

Cooking with this fry pan is amazing. It is large enough to cook almost anything you need on the stove and the nonstick makes it incredibly easy to clean up. Also, no rivets on the inside means you don't have to worry about missing any bits of food while cleaning.
