[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg so I wasn't sure if I'd actually like this game but figured it was free to redeem so might as well try it and I'm hooked!! Even if it wasn't free I probably still would have gotten it honestly because it's worth the cost for the graphics alone!! You get to collect all the characters and race and who doesn't like racing games?? Thank you for letting me try this game out!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TRANSFORMERS: Galactic Trials is an interesting mix of racing in vehicles and shooting, but it lacks a wow factor. Visually, the graphics aren’t impressive - there’s nothing that stands out about them. There’s a lot of color but multiple elements of the game and characters lack details, which makes everything blend together into a puddle of colors. The audio is loud and upbeat, but it’s unnecessarily loud and fails to establish anything unique in the soundtrack besides short clips of the characters talking. The game controls are simple - easy to understand and master at the basic level. The higher difficulties require more of a learning curve. This game would be best for younger gamers. It’s also something families could play together and enjoy if they have young gamers in the family. The ESRB rating is E10+, meaning everyone 10+. My 11 year old wasn’t very interested in the game - this could also be because he prefers different types of games. My 9 year old liked it but went back to another game after a couple hours. Overall, it’s an okay game but it didn’t wow me. I think the price point should be a little lower, given the intended audience for the game and the lack of visual appeal to more mature gamers. It requires a lot of work to unlock all of the characters, which is an incentive for players to keep playing but it was also a deterrent for the kids because they wanted a wider variety of characters to select initially.

It’s an okay game and maybe for the younger kids for sure. My son is 13 and he got bored with it. However he said for someone my daughter age it would be okay.

There are new characters to unlock and you have to win a series of 7 races sometimes, and it’s pretty hard! It will end up getting old pretty quick though.

My kids, aged 6 and 7, enjoyed the fast-paced action and the opportunity to transform into iconic Transformers characters. While some parts proved challenging, it added to the excitement. The kids say the graphics could use improvement, but overall, it’s a great gaming experience for the whole family to enjoy.

I have a 12-year-old son who pretty much loves anything video games. This game was kind of a cool mix of battle elements, racing, and other mini games all set within the transformers universe. I don’t know if you could sit down and play this for four hours straight, but that’s kind of the point. Easily digestible in smaller chunks when time allows, and seems pretty engaging from a parent perspective. My son says it’s “pretty cool”.

It has a nice amount of sound effects and the graphics are amazing. He did say that it gets boring after a while but it’s fun to play and he’s going to keep it. He says it gives him a nice break from the Fortnite he plays often. Overall, he says he definitely does recommend it for others his age and even older or younger.

The graphics are well done—there’s a lot of things to look at. My kids both love transformers but playing the game was tougher for them than Mario kart, but they loved watching my husband and I play it.

It’s a racing game that switches back and forth between racing and shooting. It’s a little hard to navigate the controls between the switch, it’s challenging.
