Thought I'd be safe using a Conair converter with a Conair straightener but no such luck. This worked okay in the EU but it does not work in the UK and my straightener now no longer works at all. Do not recommend!!

I've traveled to Australia, France, and Germany with this unit. While in France it died. Total number of hours used 40 hours. Very disappointed in the high cost of this unit with little usage. Overall it was super slow to charge when it worked.

The big adapter for 3 prong US to Europe does not fit in France. All the outlets and power bars in France need to be a round size to fit. What a waste.

Worked well in New Zealand. Relatives brought a different brand and when the power started to weaken noticably in their hair dryer I then let them use this product -what a difference! Their hair dryer immediately worked excellent using this product giving them the needed power they needed ! I highly recommend it. Had no issues in New Zealand using my hair dryer also with it.

I love the dual outlets allowing me to plug in 2 things at once and the USB port is handy for iphone/ipad charging. Also the countries are labeled very clearly on the adapters. I was just confused on what adapter I would take to northern European countries.

I will start off by saying that I did receive this product for free, in exchange for writing a review. But my reviews are honest, and never influenced by receiving the product for free. I've had problems charging my phone on previous trips, because I clearly wasn't using the appropriate converter. When I opened this product, I really had to read the instructions to feel confident that this product was good for my Samsung Galaxy S7, as well as to charge my Fitbit, wireless headphones, iPod and camera. I ended up keeping the cardboard label from the packaging with this converter, to remind me what the product is good for, and what it's not good for. This product definitely did what it's intended to do. Charge my phone and other smaller electronics (not my super duper hair dryer). My only complaint is that for the price, it should come with a better bag or something to store it in. The fabric bag it comes with is too small, and all of the pieces fall out if you try to use this for storage. Get something to store this in.

great all in one adapter & converter. like how the converter vs. adapter is clearly labeled. converter is mostly used for hairdryer and curling irons, etc. adapter worked for my phone and laptop. I also sometimes just used the little pieces when I just needed a straight up adapter into the outlet.

The adapter was great for traveling with multiple people. The ability to have a plug in and a USB adapter made it perfect for charging cameras/cellphones at the same time. My downside, and I am not sure if it was due to the country I traveled to or if it was the product, was that my hair dryer did not work with the converter. That was a little disappointing to me. But as noted, not sure if it was due to being in a third world country or if my hair dryer just had too strong of power for the conversion. The author of this review received a free sample of this product.

I recently traveled to the UK and Italy, I was so glad that I had this with me! First of all, it is very compact and has smaller adapters that are easy to pack on trips that you want to pack lighter for. The USB adapter is go great, I let the US plug part of my iphone charger at home and just relied on this adapter to charge my phone. This worked with my iphone, camera and hairdryer. I didn't have any fit issues or any issues with the connectors. I travel often and have had issues with plugs not fitting or bending. The quality of this was great and it seems like an adapter that I will be able to have for years! My favorite part of it was that I could be charging my phone and using my hair dryer at the same time. This way I could charge up while I was getting ready to go out. I recently used this product while traveling in Mexico and had a great experience with it. The Travel Smart product was easy to use and is high quality. It's advertised as compatible all over the globe and while I didn't use it other than North America, I believe it would be great. The price is a bit steep but if you're a world traveler, this is the product for you.

I'm glad this has a USB adapter for my phone and also the smaller adapters for when I'm traveling lightly. I used this to charge my iPhone in Europe and have no complaints!
