Just returned from a 3 week trip where we traveled primarily by train. The bag was well organized without being too fiddily. I could carry everything including an umbrella and water bottle in comfort. I've have tried a lot of these sorts of bags and will honestly recommend this as the best I have ever used. Highly recommend.

I took this bag on a trip to Spain. It’s very roomy without getting too bulky or heavy. It fits all the necessities, plus extra stuff like little souvenirs and snacks that you pick up in your travels. I liked the number of pockets and the slots for your credit cards and cash. It’s durable and the clasps are easy to latch and unlatch to get your things, but likely too cumbersome for a pickpocket to finagle. My belongings stayed secure in this purse. One potential downside is the size of the water bottle pocket. It will fit a typical bottle of water, but I didn’t want to keep buying disposable plastic bottles. I took the purse with me to my local Target to try out some reusable, not stainless steel water bottles, and the only one that fit was the Contigo 24 oz. Ashland 2.0 AutoSpout Tritan water bottle. It takes a little effort, but this bottle does fit nicely in the water bottle pocket, and you don’t have to take the bottle out because it has a convenient straw. So I was able to stroll through Spain and take sips of water without taking out the bottle or taking off my purse! Another slight downside is the stiffness of the strap, but that’s what makes it durable and impossible to cut. It’s something you have to deal with, or sew/pin/tie something around it to make it softer, as another customer suggested.

Zipper broke in just over 3 months. Just outside return window. I liked the bag but quality not good compared to their other bags.

Upsides: I took my new bag (navy version) to Italy for two weeks of intensive walking. We just got back. Pluses: it's a nice size, not too small or too big, you can fit small snacks, souvenirs, etc. inside it, not just the bare minimum. And I really like the clever expandable water bottle holder sleeve on one side. Downsides: The strap is indeed thick and hard, uncomfortable on bare neck skin. I'm thinking maybe I can sew something soft around it. The mesh on the water bottle holder ripped open late in our trip (I have no idea how, the purse didn't snag on anything), and now there's an expanding quarter-size hole on bottom of it--if it grows any larger, I won't be able to keep a water bottle (or other things) in it. And the stitching that seperates the larger inner pocket into two sections is ripping loose; about two inches are gone, and that stitching gets looser with each thing I put in there. At the bargain price, it was too good to be true. I hope to repair some of these things, but this is not a purse that's going to last a long time without patches and maybe some glue.

Lots of room for travel items needed close. The adjustable strap is handy when on tours. The bottle holder also a nice touch.
Nice bag, but not sold as shown.

Description photo clearly shows cardholder slots and states ONE of the pockets is RFID. Yet there aer no slots on the pocket, so my guess is neither one are RFID safe. I bought it because of the water bottle pocket, at first it took a bit to get one in, but it is built to stretch and works great.
