Difficult to switch to and from backpack mode. Very easy for pickpockets to get into large compartment, even with zipper locked. Took a pickpocket about 10 seconds to get passed the locked zipper and into bag.

The inside of the top flap is falling apart inside, I've only used a few times. I'm very disappointed due to the cost, and limited uses I thought it would have held up better.

I really love the concept of this bag. It’s not made, as well as the other Travelon bags I’ve had. The bottom which shows metal hooks are not on the bag I received. Which air just flimsy ribbon. I’m also surprised that the hooks and zippers, are also not made as well as my other bags from Travelon. The zippers get stuck, and the spring loaded hooks. Feel like they’re going to break at any moment and a very light not sturdy aluminum feeling. I am sad because I really love this bag.

There is no way to convert this bag to a backpack it only has one set of straps and this is the second time that I had to place this order Does not look like the picture at all!!

I really love the bag! It’s perfect and it’s not too big! Great for every day life and traveling activities!!! But it’s supposed to have metal rings on the bottom,it has cloth instead. I will be contacting Travelon!

I've had Travelon bags before and been happy with them, but there are a few things that bug me about this bag. First, it's of course convertible, but I wear it mostly as a backpack and it's a little annoying when the straps slip through the loop when I'm taking it on/off. Second, the straps are made out of a rough material that rubs my against my shoulders and makes them a little raw. Overall, I like the look/size of the bag and will probably keep it!

This is just the right size for essentials when walking about. Love that it has a compartment for a standard sized (~16oz) water bottle and love the versatility of being able to use as a backpack, crossbody, or shoulder bag. Very easy to switch it up. A large slip pocket on the back of bag for things that require less security (like maps) would make this a 5 star travel bag for me. This bag is sold through multiple sites, but Target had the best price at the time that I purchased. The bag I received is high quality and did not have any defects.
