TRC Recreation Super Soft Child Life Jacket Swim Vest

First one I got was defective. See photos. Vinyl wasn't on smooth and covering everything so water could get in and weigh it down. I got a 2nd one and am returning the first. 2md was much better.

We live on a lake and our boys wear these everyday for hours. They are comfortable and dry very quickly as opposed to cloth covered life jackets. They will tear at the top but we had ours for over a year before we noticed much wear and they were used everyday. We purchase these in bigger sizes everytime our boys outgrow them

The girls can explore by moving their arms and legs to "swim" while feeling safe and independent thanks to the vest's just-right amount of support. I am so grateful to have found these and cannot express enough how lovely they are. After using them for nearly a month, my girls gradually eased themselves off of them (thanks to the confidence they received from wearing them) and are now able to swim alone.

Love this life jacket! Our kids loves these at Disney World, so we hunted them down online. They stay on well and are high quality material

But I loved that it kept her head out of the water. It was easy to put on and keep on. She.felt safe and I felt she was safe. The bright yellow color is nice also. The material is super soft for Foam and didnt cut I to her arms. When she outgrows this one I will be buying g her a bigger size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Vest reminds me of the ones water parks provide, the vest works well, my nephew is about 50 pounds and he was floating around the pool with no issues, my only negative thing to say about it is how bulky it is, but it is pretty light, my nephew did not seem to mind, as long as he could stay a float, he had fun in the water while he is still learning how to swim.

The material is gentle on the skin and with hours of playing there are zero signs of irritation. As far as it’s primary job of keeping my child safe: it does its job perfectly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised at how lightweight this vest is because even though it’s a youth medium, it looks pretty big and bulky. It is neither. Granted, you can’t fold it or squish it for packing, which if you have several vests, storage might be an issue. The fit was good, it didn’t rub or ride up too high.

I took my 5-year-old Grandson swimming and wrapped him in the vest snugly and although he knows how to swim, he was still able to float for an extended period without any concerns the vest would fail. There is a lot of confidence in the material structure of the vest and its foam base which makes this a secure solution for a flotation device. I found my Grandson using the vest as a training tool to improve his breaststrokes and swimming dynamics. It builds a lot of confidence in his swimming techniques as he uses his arms and kicks his legs as he swims the length of the pool. I am very pleased that this vest has served multiple purposes for training and flotation. It is a very worthwhile product that should be part of your water safety instruction. As for its comfort, my Grandson seemed very comfortable with the surrounding vest and the straps were not binding or irritating. There are ample straps to ensure the vest is snug and securely attached to the body. You will not be disappointed by the vest’s construction and I give the TRC Recreation USCG Swim Vest a 5-STAR Rating.

It fits my child perfectly and I know that he is safe the color is bright just in case of a sos situation and it really floats well
