Tresemme Extra Hold Hairspray

I usually use the travel size but decided to get the bigger size. My hair frizzes up any time there is the slightest bit of moisture in the air, this does pretty good holding up. It is not sticky, white, or tough to brush out either.

I always buy this hairspray for my bangs. I have to apply it a few times before it really sticks but thats how I like it. I've been buying this brand for years now and I can't see myself getting off of it.

I have used this product for years & its been the only product that holds my hair all day, however in the past year or so I have continually had to "fight" with the pump sprayer! At times, it pumps & spits droplets that clump on my hair or continually cover all surfaces in my bathroom - floor, mirror, vanity countertop! My hairstylist has to use a baking soda rub in my hair when she washes it, to release the buildup. I have to scrape it off my mirrors with a single edge razor blade!! And every morning, I have to rinse the spray nozzle with hot water just to get it to spray lightly & properly! Very frustrating!!! Have always loved the product & prefer it over hair spray because of its holding power. Sorry, but I'm in the market for a different product.

Came without a nozzle for spraying. Are we supposed to check each item out before accepting? Really stupid to have to do a return just after getting home to find that I can't even use this tomorrow:( Pretty screwed up, not trusting the people who do the shopping! I'd not have picked this item for myself! Please employ somewhat intelligent people!

Love this hairspray! Great hold for curls without being crunchy!

I like this hair spray. It is very affordable and does its job well. I havent actually tried any other hair sprays, because most of them are really expensive, so I dont have much comparison unfortunately. This holds my hair in place, but makes it look natural. However, it does make the hair crunchy and stiff (as expected, since it kinda has to make your hair stiff so that it sticks in place). Not too crunchy/stiff though, not like I put glue in my hair lol. It holds up good in humid and misty weather. Ive used it for a whole year and can attest that it works in every season. (I live in Maryland for reference). However, it does not hold up in rain (It is not advertised to be waterproof though!). Also, if you put on a hoodie while this hair spray is on, it will get all messed up and will lose its hold. So its not friction-resistant. It manages frizz well (I have really frizzy hair and this keeps everything very smooth, even in really humid weather which is amazing!) It washes out easily with regular shampoo. The biggest downside is the fragrance --- It is extremely strong and nauseating. Its fruity/floral, and smells like a salon. Fortunately, I just found out they sell an unscented version of this product, which I'll be buying regularly in the future!

Nozzle doesn't spray

This works perfectly for my curly hair! I always use it with a curly gel on my wet hair then blow dry after air drying for about 30 minutes.

This product holds your hair really well. It’s a dupe for the Big Sexy Hair hairspray (I have both hair sprays and will be purchasing this one for the cheaper price point and it works just as well).

WHAT HAPPENED???!!! Was a great product, now no hold! Makes hair flat. The new formula is horrible! The third ingredient is water! No hold whatsoever! Any spray is gone in 30 minutes.
