I have used this product for years & its been the only product that holds my hair all day, however in the past year or so I have continually had to "fight" with the pump sprayer! At times, it pumps & spits droplets that clump on my hair or continually cover all surfaces in my bathroom - floor, mirror, vanity countertop! My hairstylist has to use a baking soda rub in my hair when she washes it, to release the buildup. I have to scrape it off my mirrors with a single edge razor blade!! And every morning, I have to rinse the spray nozzle with hot water just to get it to spray lightly & properly! Very frustrating!!! Have always loved the product & prefer it over hair spray because of its holding power. Sorry, but I'm in the market for a different product.

This won't wash out of your hair, even after several washes. I really like that hold but realized recently that the reasons blond hair is looking dull and dark is due to the excess.build up of hairspray. Does work well, but needs to only be used occasionally.

The price of this hairspray is equal to the quality. I am satisfied with the hold, I use it daily. On dark hair it can sometimes leave a residue, but overall it is a very good product.

I have been happily using the non aerosol version of this hairspray for 20 years at least. I LOVE how it holds my hair and keeps away the frizzies all day. BUT, the formulation has now changed and I cannot use it anymore. The build up is terrible and visible on my dark brunette hair. I am beyond disappointed. I am lucky that I have an old bottle to use while I test out other products. Very sad.

This has been my favorite hair spray for many years. I think the formula has changed because it now leaves this white stuff on my hair. It seems like plastic and it doesn't wash out. If any one knows what to use to get this out of my hair, I would love to know what it is. Please help!

I’ve used this hairspray for years. I have fine, thin hair that I spray generally once in the morning. Yes, it gets stiff but I have no natural curl or body so that’s what I need. It brushes out easily in the evening.

This product has been my go to for years. Sadly, I think the formula was recently changed and now I end up with a terrible build up on my hair. I am going to have to top using it unless the product is returned to its original formula. Incredibly disappointed.

All packaging is regularly evaluated, based on consumer commentary and preferences, as well as business considerations. Also, it is possible that the container could change at some time in the future.

Why, why, why did you change the formula?? It’s unusable! I have used this product for decades, I was initially confused when suddenly it left a gooey residue on my hair that no longer allowed me to style it. Then I realized it — a formula change. It’s awful, Tresemme, this was a great product, now a disaster. Please go back to the product that worked, that I bought for years with no issues. Don’t fix what’s not broken, you’ve left me looking for alternatives, I can no longer use this one.

I was looking for hairspray that would hold firm but wasn’t super crunchy. This has been great so far, it’s crunchy at first but it loses that and still holds.
