It hides my frizz and fly aways when pulling my hair back for work each day. The plus side is that it smells wonderful—like I just went to the beach! I was so excited to receive this styling stick to help the problem. At first, it goes on easily and smells great. It pins the hairs without making them look greasy. Unfortunately, it didn’t have the staying power to keep the hairs up for more than an hour or so. I think it would work better on wispier pieces.

After brushing my hair I added a touch to my edges. It didn’t lay them down as I have 4C hair but it didn’t allow my smooth it along with an edge control. The scent is very nice and adds to the product. If it were heavier it would be a great edge stick.

Additionally, I can be sensitive to heavily perfumed products; however, this smells divine and not overly fragranced with florals. The product was very easy to use and worked well with holding back my flyways as I created a slick back bun. Highly recommend!
