I purchased three Sauder Bookcases many many years ago and they still look great. Great Quality ad good looking. I found this set and really only needed a desk, but figured I wanted a nice, complete look to the new upstairs office space. My husband is very handy and put it together without any issues. Adequate storage for a few of our primary home files that we need access too often enough. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I have other Sauder furniture that I purchased many, many years ago and it's held up great! I needed a desk and found this. I decided to splurge to complete the room by adding in the bookcase too. Still way more reasonable than most furniture stores. My husband is very handy and put both together. Lots of parts and pieces and it til a while but again, he's handy!! Very much recommended!

I really like the desk in the file organizing drawers however, everything came covered in saw dust and was messy. It's easy to build though and the instructions are good!

Ordered the desk and it arrived visibly bent in the middle of the package which split the desktop into two pieces. Target customer service arranged a UPS pick-up from my home as the item is nearly 150 pounds. I re-ordered the desk and three days later, a replacement desk arrived in even worse condition with the box bent and again cracked in two pieces. This time, the return was on me to return to UPS pick-up center. Highly suggest ordering something else unless you like squeezing 150 pound box into your vehicle and dropping it off to a UPS store.

Somewhere in the add they should say how many pieces you have to put together. It seemed like hundreds but was all worth it when done. I am 80 years old and it took me four days to complete. Looks great.

It was a little overwhelming when I opened the box and saw the amount of pieces. I followed the directions and it took about 2.5 hours to put together. The instructions were easy to follow and there were videos to help if needed. This is a good quality for the price. It seems pretty sturdy. The drawers are small for hanging folders. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Love this desk. It's heavy and was relatively easy to put together. Sadly, when the box was delivered, it looked like it had been through quite a journey. The box was ripped in several places which subsequently shifted the pieces inside causing some cosmetic damage. The scuff and scratches are luckily in places that are consealed or on the underside/inside once the desk was fully assembled. I know it's there but it doesn't affect the functionality of the desk. Would definitely recommend but maybe pick it up from the store instead of relying on a delivery carrier.
