Q: Regarding the moose print, is the one moose black or blue?

A: If you google the difference between elk and moose, you'll see this print is a moose. The moose is larger and has huge palmate antlers. The elk is smaller and more slender without the bulbous nose. I just held this print in bright light and the moose is a very very dark blue and looks black.

Q: Are these super soft or scratchy flannel? I see some elsewhere that are brushed 8 times; these are only double-brushed. When flannel sheets are super soft--great. Kinda scratchy---not so much!

A: It is a deep pocket but I’m not sure. I guess it depends on how deep your water bed goes. I have a Cali king that’s pretty thick and it fits up under the mattress just right.

This sheet set is quite stiff, not soft like the usual flannel, and it has already started to pill after only 2 weeks and a couple of washings. They are warm enough, but not comfortable on the skin. Do not recommend.

I'm not the biggest fan and maybe should give it another go..I ended up changing my sheets back to my soft Egyptian sheets and grabbing more blankets. These might be more popular in snowy areas. I really might not be the best critic but the sheets themselves were cute.

I purchased the gray moose - colors didn't bleed when washed, has held up perfectly so far in the wash. They're very comfortable and soft and the design is cute too. The extra deep pockets fit my 3 inch memory foam mattress topper with room to spare.

Finally found a fitted flannel sheet that covered my mattress! Sheets washed easily in warm water and tumble dry. Easy! My only complaint, and why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that we were BARELY able to tuck the top sheet under the mattress. Weird that they would do such a good job of making a deep pocket fitted sheet without making the top sheet the same way!

I have purchased several sets of flannel sheets this year, these are hands down the best quality of out of the whole lot of them! I am going to have to buy more of this brand. Deeper pockets, thicker/actually heavy weight, and more generous top sheet size, the other brands barely cover the mattress... I love these sheets, I am going to buy more of them a.s.a.p.!

Blue snowflakes bleed that the white fabric was no longer white. I had to throw them away which was a shame because I really liked them when they first arrived. Besides the bleeding of the colors, they were perfect!

I received my sheets today. I am saving them for Christmas, however I tested the fitted sheet for size. I am very pleased. I was thinking of buying a different mattress without the extra deep pockets since I had problems finding a sheet that won't come off after sleeping on it. I would recommend, however remember to read the details for the depth of the mattress it covers which varies with the different king size deep pocket sheets.
