Before I get into the negatives, lets go over the positives. - good quality - sturdy - somewhat aesthetic - really good instructions! - easy adjustability Negatives - For most people, this thing probably wouldn't take long to put together. But for me it took 2 and a half hours by myself, having not much experience building things and a bad back from a car injury. I don't even think ill try IKEA in the future lol props to those who do. I'll never judge you for struggling that's for sure - The desk itself is pretty decently sized, but half of the desk doesn't go over the side of the bed. This also means that the keyboard slide out is pretty much useless. If the two inner knobs for the height adjustment didn't stick out so much, you would get more surface area to work with. If I hadn't spent so much time building the dang thing I would've sent it back, but at this point it'd be more of a pain taking it all apart and trying to pack it back in. - I wish there an additional plug so that I could plug in a lamp and that the top and tray were reversible to that you could use it on either side of the bed - The cord isn't very long so don't plan on trying to move it far from where you have it
